The hotel was in a central setting on the waterside of the inn. We got room with Victorian decor and a large bathroom to relax.

Clean, lovely central hotel with really good and pleasant staff. A double room with quick access to outside. A wide range of supplies in the room: central heating, flat-screen TV and a mini fridge bar. Easy to get to, marvellous location very close to major attractions, ocean side views and restaurants as well as the sea and the harbour.

The continental breakfast I ordered was delicious. My a double room was available with central heating, flat-screen TV, and a mini fridge bar. It was in the central location right on the water front near a couple good restaurants.

The restaurant was great for breakfast, we ordered warm dishes. The view of the marina from the window was pleasant, greatly enjoyed it.

It has a great location near the centre of the building. It's next to the downtown area of summerside, the arena, restaurants, and marine terminal. The rooms are spotlessly clean, the bed is exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast choices are delicious.

The place was fairly clean and charming, had very polite and courteous staff upon check-out. The breakfasts here were good hot and delicious with homemade bread. Loved marvellous and fantastic location, right by pier, the centre and Summerside for one night. We would recommend this hotel, spent here nice 1 night.

The rooms are reasonably large and updated with good beds, and the location is beautiful within walking distance of everything.

My room was reasonably large and updated with a view, had smoke detectors for safety measures. The service was great. I could park the car on-site. The location was great, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a modern theater.

Wonderful and clean place, great view on the sea and the harbour. Marvellous and lovely location, at a medium distance from a modern theater. Positioned in the downtown area, adjacent to the gulf, Spinnaker's boardwalk which is quite nice and restaurants and shops on the wharf. Pleasant and exceptional staff team upon check-out.

The hotel location was great and fantastic right on the water front near a couple good restaurants. Plus, it was close to Summerside in the winter, major attractions, and eateries.

It has favourable location for visiting Spinnaker's Landing...
